My appointment was scheduled within 1 day. Gerad confirmed our appointment the day before and 15 minutes prior to our appointment. He was quick, tidy and tested and explained everything to make sure it worked properly and I understood how to use it before he left. Great service and highly recommended!!!

I have used Mughul Electrical several times over the past four years or so, and they always do top-notch work. They arrive on time (or early), they explain every option available before starting work, and their work is unimpeachable. Upgrading and replacing my electrical panel was an all day event. Our electrician, Gerad and arrived even before the scheduled time. He was efficient and thorough. I was shown the before pictures and could see the new panel, marked all the switches, explained about the warranty and the whole house surge protection. Repair for high tech doorbell that abruptly stopped working. Not getting power, it took quite a while to find the transformer, but Gerad the electrician did find it. Turned out that previous air conditioning repairs had cut the power wire probably unaware. Got the doorbell up and running again. Good and persistent job, up to Mr. Gerad’s usual high standards.

Gerad is a terrific electrician. He made recommendations to switch to LCD lighting in our kitchen. Explained everything very clearly. Then did the work quickly and efficiently. Smart and friendly!

We have used Mughul Electrical 5-6 times through the years. They always call the day before, call on the way when several minutes out and when they come they go over what you want done and go over the price. Gerad has come several times and is the nicest guy ever. There never is a problem and he goes to work right away with no nonsense. A hard worker and a good man. I highly recommend this company.

Gerad showed up in a timely manner…assessed my situation…informed me that my outlet was in fact working and said it was unnecessary to repair. He assessed the other outlets and informed me they were out of code. I asked him to do the repairs, he checked his work and found a fuse blown and repaired that quickly. We heard a strange noise from an outlet at night then half the power went out. We called in the morning. And Paul Catanzaro came for service. Paul was very clear what that issue was and what needed to be done. We opted to look and replace other outlets for possible future issue. I was replacing my oven and discovered that the old one was hardwired into the house electric and the new one was a plug-in. I needed someone to safely disconnect that hardwire and convert the power into an outlet that the new oven can be plugged into. A very helpful service guy named Gerad came quickly, assessed, clearly explained my options and within an hour had the job done neatly and expertly. Great service. I called to install my Tesla charger, they had arranged for a free estimate visit by Gerad. Very nice pleasant and friendly man. He offered a fair price and we agreed. Gerad replaced my very old (think screw-in fuses) electrical panel and he also replaced a light fixture and switch. He was very pleasant and professional and he did a good clean-up job at the end. Gerad is very professional. I left a message in anger in the middle of night. He called me the next morning and inspected my apartment the following day. I got all the work done in one day. Also he did paperwork quickly since my place is a coop building. The management needs a licence and insurance. He is cooperative. His workers are manners. They cleaned up after they did the work. Also helped me to install the smoke detector even though that is not their part of the job.
